Nice stuff very helpful, walkable distance from many attractions of Mexico Cd, surprisingly cant heard the exterior noise thats a plus, they hold our luggage safe after we checkout for a few hours so another plus for that service, thank you hopefully see you soon :)

Very clean hotel with friendly and efficient staff. The free food in the cafe is a nice plus. My room with one queen bed was small--I wish it had a workspace to use my computer. My room was on the side of the hotel opposite the elevator. I would not stay on that side again because of the loud music from the nightclub across the alley.

Nos hospedamos recientemente y quedamos encantados. El personal fue muy amable y cordial en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien recibidos. Un gran plus fue el servicio de snacks y bebidas incluido, ¡una sorpresa muy agradable! La localización del hotel no podría ser mejor: cerca de todo y con fácil acceso. Además, la limpieza de las habitaciones era impecable, algo que valoramos muchísimo. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar y volvería sin pensarlo.

Great hotel, great staff, especially one of the receptionist in the evening, Hilda. I arrived in the evening and had requested a room on a top floor, only because I arrived exhausted and knew I was going to probably fall asleep like a stone. Well, I didn’t get the rolling that evening, but she made it happen for the folks morning, top floor room and I was really grateful to her, muchas gracias, Hilda. Definitely be staying there again. 😊

Great location, one block from Zocalo. Great customer service. Only con is the small elevator that is used as a service elevator too. Had to take stairs most of the time.

This is a gem of a place in the heart of Mexico City. The staff is excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spread was sufficient. This is my go to Hotel in Mexico City. Highly recommended.

expedia hooked me up very Nice! this recently renovated hotel was way out of my budget but i got the member discount and enjoyed being close to the zócalo. the free food and drinks is very limited but helps when u want a quick snack or drink at midnight
