This should be a great place, but with no ground floor rooms and the lift out of order, not very accessible. I asked for a ground floor room. Of course that wasn't an option, but nobody thought to ask me if I was okay with stairs (I am, but that's not the point). Restaurant service was slow even thought it was quiet, and they forgot my drink order. Overall, stay was pleasant, with rooms meeting what I expect of BW

We arrived at 5:50pm on a Sunday, having contacted reception by phone, because reception closes at 6:00pm on a Sunday. In our room: 1. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and because it was after 6pm, reception was closed; 2. The room lighting was inadequate. It was very dark, particularly (but not only) over the kitchenette area; 3. When we arrived, the room was very cold. After a while the heating worked, but why couldn’t this have been turned on after we rang? 4. The bathroom had no heating at all. On the positive side: 1. We had requested a fragrance free room, and this was provided; 2. Location was very good; 3. Room was a good size; 4. Power points well located; 5. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly; 6. There were biscuits with tea & coffee…thanks; 7. Undercover parking very good.

Excellent staff, very comfortable room, and a lovely room service meal for dinner. Beds are also very comfortable, and a huge plus point. Highly recommend this motel, and will definitely stay there again!
