Beautiful place right in the heart of Mexico City. Walking distance to so many cool spots , good food around and so much arquitectura and culture . Comfortable beds and good service ! Full recommended !

A big gang of us all reserved rooms at the hotel and every single one of us got food poisoning from the food at the hotel restaurant. We chose to eat at the hotels restaurant assuming it would be the safest bet before our travel the very next day, but we were proven wrong.

The new tower has excellent rooms but rooms in the old tower had issues with door card readers and safe boxes and rooms were smaller than the new tower rooms. Staff were excellent and very helpful/ friendly Coffee, tea, cold water bottles and cookies were always served in lobby which was exceptional. Overall was a very good hotel for the price.
