Had a few issues with the hotel . Door key never worked when we tried to get back in . Had to go down 5 stories to reset the key every time we came back from a long day . ( not convenient) restaurant ran out of a few items . Rooftop restaurant had no good food selection . They are remodeling the hotel and I could not sleep due to the noise .

I enjoyed the clean room, staff and amenities. We were provided with snacks in the common areas such, coffee, freshly baked cookies, water, chips, peanuts. I enjoyed how close everything is to the historic places are. Located right across from el zocalo. Walking distance to Palacio de Bellas Artes,for those who enjoy walking like me. I will definitely come back and stay there.

The place was beautiful and the amenities are a nice touch. The views from the rooftop are incredible as well. The staff are very friendly and sweet. Can’t beat the location. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at Hotel Catedral. The staff is always great, and the breakfast is one of the best of the year! So much delicious food to try! We loved the free guavas that were out. Great location near Zocalo.

Clean room and friendly staff. The restaurant is very good as well as the service. We had noisy neighbors and kids running up and down the hallway early mornings and hotel entrance construction until midnight some nights making it hard to sleep.
