Located in a central location ofhte city and accessible to the Metro within 20 minutes walk. Staff was super friendly and our stay was a seamless experience. Main entrance and room doors were operated by personal access code so we did not need to carry around a key card so it was super convenient.

I decided to try to stay at a new hotel this time around big mistake the room is nice but the noise is absolutely crazy if you are at light sleeper even if your not you will hear the cops, ambulance, people walking all day and night.. the Terrance on the 14th floor absolutely beautiful view but other then that the noise is crazy bad, on top of that room service is not included you have to pay a charge if you want your room clean.

This is a great hotel to stay at that is central to many restaurants and places to shop! We found it easy to walk to majority of places around the city within 10-15 minutes which was great. The hotel was super friendly and easy to work with! We felt safe the entire time and the staff are in front 24/7 which was perfect. The bar upstairs was also BEAUTIFUL which is nice given you can enjoy your time without worrying about arriving home safely. We had no issues whatsoever so I definitely recommend. Also the views we had from our room were amazing !! The only downfall I experienced was that you have to pay around $30 US dollars for room service. Nonetheless, it’s a perfect and safe spot close to several places in the city. My partner and I will be back!

Best part of stay is rooftop bar but had issues w/it.Closed Sun & Mon which not discolosed at booking time. Private party on Sat w/notice only that day & music was crazy loud until 3 am - we did not get any sleep even after asking front desk to turn it down. Noisy street fair assembly & disassembly all night for 2 nights, including welding & flashing lights. Sparse amenities in room. Found hair in shower & under nightstand. Staff was friendly & tried to accommodate but listing not represented properly. The site is central location but very busy & noisy. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and always accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We arrived early and waited in the rooftop terrace until our room was ready. It was very nice. The bar wasn’t open but the views and setup were great.
