Central in Roma Norte. Walkable distance to many areas around Roma Norte, Condesa, La Reforma. Convenience shops - groceries close by. Friendly staff. Clean gym, good equipment. Easily transit to and from airport. Room was a little warm but air conditioner cooled down the bedroom quickly.

I shortened my stay for one day and requested refund for the unused one day by communicating with onsite staff and through my booking agent Expedia. I don’t know how did the ULIV and Expedia communicate, but I was told no refund granted to me. It is not what I expected. Won’t come again nor recommend it to anyone. Besides, the cookware is very very small suitable for one person but not more. So I have to cook three times for three of us in each meal. Can imaging how complicated it was. And none of the three small cookware with lid. They don’t understand why we book a hotel room with kitchen.

We loved this hotel and it was so close to excellent but for a few fine points. The rooms were spacious, the location great, the staff receptive. We stayed for a week and got one complimentary cleaning. We ran out of body lotion (necessity in the dry, hot air), asked twice and it was never filled. We asked for additional coffee as we used the 2 Nespresso capsules we were provided. We never got it. After our 1 cleaning 4 days into our stay, housekeeping did not replenish coffee, refill the body lotion or recognize that we needed more toilet paper which ran out before the end of our stay. Little things I know but impactful.

I had an issue with a flight which was overbooked. Expedia and myself kept trying to contact the property to get a cancelation code so i could be refunded for the stay but the phone is never answered. I left messages which no one ever replied to. Will never stay or book here again and will warn any of my contacts to avoid this property at all cost.

Our stay was excellent at the beginning. We had a late check in and the staff were able to accommodate us with great communication. The apartments view was lovely and the space was small, but at an affordable price and close to many attractions. We were content until our very last night. There was a couple arguing very loudly and aggressively in the hallways outside our room. We called the front desk multiple times to address this issue. They said 911 were on their way. The situation started at around 2200 and didn't end until 0100. We were scared the couple's intense fight would get physical, but no action was done against this. 911 never arrived. We got little to no sleep. Had this situation been handled appropriately, I would have left at least a 4 star review. Also ironic how their first rule on the guest regulations posted in the lobby is "You must respect the space and tranquility of other guests, moderate your voice and try not to make noise in common areas. Disturbing the order or causing inconvenience to other users is prohibited."

Very clean, excellent staff and great location - walking distance to many Interesting sights and steps away from metro bus station. Street sounds can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Remember to ask for ear plug.

Our room was great. we stayed in the Grand Apartment. Great amenities including towels and kitchen items. The filtered water in the kitchen was very much appreciated. The room was a great value. The shower could be cleaner but that is the only complaint. The staff was very nice and responsive and the location is great for restaurant, sites and public transpiration access. It is a very busy street and there is noise but we expected that in a big city at a central location. We would stay here again.

The staff was amazing but the building itself is not very soundproof. The gaps in the doors are too big so any conversation in the hallway can be heard loud and clear. The staff gave us a room in a high floor but a group of people that were staying there as well showed up at 2am intoxicated and decided to have a full conversation right outside our door in the hallway. My son and I heard everything. It may be wise if the staff put up signs that say please no noise in the hallway or soundproofed the doors.
