Central in Roma Norte. Walkable distance to many areas around Roma Norte, Condesa, La Reforma. Convenience shops - groceries close by. Friendly staff. Clean gym, good equipment. Easily transit to and from airport. Room was a little warm but air conditioner cooled down the bedroom quickly.

The pictures are super misleading. In reality, it feels like a used college apartment that needs LOTS of love. It was so gross and drab that we checked out immediately and ate the cost of a hotel last minute. On the plus side, the location is excellent and central if that's all you care about.

The location is perfect; the neighborhood has many places to eat, drink, or have fun, all within easy walking distance. I originally wanted to stay at ULIV Mexico City, but I ended up staying a few days at ULIV Cibeles (just a few meters away), but both options are great.

They don’t provide housekeeping if staying for more than a few days, the barroom didn’t even have an extra toilet paper it only had a half of what was previously left. The bedding/ linen had some stains, and women hair. The towels in the restroom some had red/orange stains, And the worst of all the floor was very dirty they don’t mop as the type of flowering isn’t moppable. I found out because I sweeped and then noticed the room didn’t have a mop so I asked for a mop to mop and it was just a broom with a dry a** rag on it to just pretty much stiff the floor. I noticed how black it was because my daughters socks we’re disgusting after just walking in there the first few hours once we got there . :(

ULIV was a fantastic spot in CDMX. The location is ideal and it’s in a great neighborhood that is close to great places to eat and also just a few blocks away from the Metro. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and secure. I felt safe and they have the kindest staff. There is a great roof top and laundry room which is a bonus. I can’t wait to book my next stay in this great city at ULIV!

Dear Hotel/Accommodation Management ULIV, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property from December 10th-December 15th in my room 108. The room did not meet my expectations. It was very dark and felt neglected. Specifically, we did not receive any cleaning service or fresh towels until three days into our stay, and only after we had complained. Furthermore, basic necessities such as toilet paper were missing, and there was not even a broom provided to sweep the room. The overall aesthetic was dark, as the room was situated in a corner with very little natural light throughout the day. I would like to know if there is anything that can be done regarding the price we paid, or if there is any possible compensation for the issues experienced during our stay. Only stay here if it’s a last resort. The images are total catfish. The place is dirty, rusty, and lots of things broken. I found an earring in the bed. The AC unit didn’t work. Holes in the floor and walls. The walls by the elevator had stains all over it. Sound travels horribly through the hallway. Would never stay here again.

Everything was a smooth process between checking in and checking out. The room had a few scuffs on the wall. There wasn’t hot water guaranteed all the time so that was the only inconvenience but overall it was a good location close to multiple restaurants/bakery shops! I really loved the cleanliness of the gym too!

The room was on the second floor and we hardly got any sleep due to horrible street noise from motorcycles, cars honking and other noises during our trip. What made this experience even worse was the fact that the hotel had initially assigned an 11th floor room during our initial reservation. However, when we arrived they said our room is on the second floor and that we’re all booked. Even worse, the front desk staff lied to us multiple times by promising they will convey our complaint to the property manager but each time the next day they came up with an excuse such as having forgotten or manager didn’t come to work or so on. Stay away this place since they don’t respect customers.
