Great value for the location. The high ceilings and wood floors add to the property’s historic charm, all at an excellent price. The staff are attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended for first-time visitors, as it’s conveniently close to major historic districts.

Nos hospedamos en el Bellas Artes al llegar y al salir de la Ciudad de México. Es un hotel maravilloso con habitaciones amplias y un restaurante excelente. La ubicación es fantástica. El personal es muy amable, profesional y atento. Definitivamente nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel We stayed at the Bellas Artes when arriving into and departing from Mexico City. It's a wonderful hotel with large rooms and a great restaurant. The location is fantastic. The staff is very nice, professional and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean as most mention on the reviews. The staff were somewhat accommodating. We stayed for 6 days and 3 of those days, the wifi was not working, which also means the TV didn’t work. The staff couldn’t give any more information on it or when it would come back. We asked for toilet paper and an extra towel, and was asked to give back a towel to get one… They advertise there is a rooftop but the rooftop was empty with no chairs, lights, or heaters. Finally, outside always smelt like a sewer and it was terrible! This made opening the tiny balcony door impossible otherwise you get that smell in your room. The entire block had that smell, so can’t blame the hotel for that. The phone in the room had several shortcut numbers like room service but none worked except the front desk. When we called and asked for tea in the evening, they said there’s only two types of tea, lemon and another random fruit. Several nights when we got back to the hotel, the metal gates were closed for safety which I understand, but the front desk people wouldn’t notice us knocking on the door. A system should be put into place for this like other hotels.

The location is great if you are looking to enjoy the culture, visit museums, local fine dining. The hotel rooms are well updated and comfortable. I did not recommend the hotel transportation service, expensive and arrived late.

The hotel is in a great location. Very clean and beautiful. The staff was very nice. Easy check in and check out. Rooms were very nice and clean. The hotel is less than one year old and well taken care of. Would definitely stay again.
