I was disappointed to learn that shuttle service is not in fact available. They are willing to call a taxi/car for you if you call them 48 hours ahead of arrival. My main reason for choosing this hotel was for the shuttle service. I was very disappointed. My hotel room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel has both historic charm and very new updated furnishings. Very clean, quiet and in a perfect spot to take in the historic México City activities. The restaurant was also excellent.

The room was beautiful! It even had an outside area. Our cleaning lady Mary did an excellent job of cleaning up when we needed it and the staff was super friendly! Will definitely be booking this hotel again next time Im in CDMX!

We had a pleasant time at the hotel. We had couple of issues with coffee maker not working and the toilet paper dispenser was broken and remained broken through out our stay. One very positive aspect of the hotel was the main Porter Ernesto. He was extremely polite and helpful. He brought us hot water for tea and tried fixing the toilet paper dispenser.

The room was spotless and very comfortable The minibar was complimentary which was a nice treat since there is no breakfast The location was fantastic The manager and staff were lovely except for a few people that were sour and even rude at times - I believe many people have made this comment and I am sure the hotel knows which people are just unfriendly and not helpful I still want to give it 5 stars as that one person did not ruin my impression of the hotel but he should be encouraged to do his job better
