Book Clifton hotels

This hotel looks a little bit like it's from an old horror movie. Very long dark hallways. We entered into our room and there were splatters of something running down the wall, some sort of white stains all over the bag the blow dryer was in, the bottoms if the doors were all splintered and I could not bring myself to walk barefoot on the carpet. We lifted the mattress up to check for cleanliness and found a used sleep mask. I would not stay there again.

Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down.

No hot water the last day at 430 am. Sorry towel in Room when I arrived

Not the room I reserved an we were told the pool was open 10pm when in fact the pool was not in use

I drove up to check in at 10:30 at night. Inside the lobby, there was no one behind the front desk, but a group of people hanging out int he lobby chairs. A woman told me I couldn't check in--there systems were down and I had to find somewhere else to stay. That's it. Thankfully, an Expedia expert was able to book me into another hotel. Thank you Expedia!
