The room I booked was a big small, and I’m not sure I know how tiny it would be. But it was a very nice hotel overall. The restaurant was delicious. In a great location.

Did not eat breakfast there because they only had a buffet for breakfast. The bar was out of Chardonnay and olive brine and olives we could not have a glass of wine that we liked or a dirty martini. We stayed for six days and the day we were leaving was when they were getting everything back in supply. Not very good planning on their part.

The location of the property was great! It was two blocks away from from the High Street Kensington stop, a block away from the Kensington palace, and directly across the street from a great pub, the Goat Tavern. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a Deluxe Studio which had a huge bathroom, and included a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, nice towels, and great toiletries. The hotel could use some upgrading/modernizing of the bedroom area, to include getting a more comfortable bed/mattress and an upgraded hair dryer.

Loved the stay! Everything is so clean and quiet especially in the middle of Soho. Everything was great. Amazing location

I dont believe this hotel had AC and there was some construction going on but other than that our tay was perfect. The staff was amazing and we were able to get an early checkin.
