Convenient location

My stay was good. It's a convenient location for me. The beds are not the most comfortable things. Could be much better. Thanks again to the maintenance guys. I bring my Amazon Fire stick and the TV's are mounted to the wall and don't swivel from the wall so it's a pain trying the plug it the port in the back. So I'll ask them to come do it for me so I don't break the TV trying. I go to the restaurant and get a couple coffees every morning and the person on staff is always nice.

My room was very quiet. Country Deli restaurant across the street was walkable and excellent food. Also a Starbucks in same area and other restaurants on all corners. Buffet breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. Bedding was nice and comfortable. Towels were thick but a little scratchy. Overall experience was very good.

We were in town dropping off my daughter at CSUN. Nice hotel. Updated. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. I was impressed with how spacious the room was for four people. The bathroom was spacious enough that I don’t know why they didn’t put in double sinks. Breakfast buffet was better than the average. They served real bacon and sausage. Breakfast potatoes were good. The negative was that the daily cleaning service was horrible. We stayed 4 nights. They forgot one day to clean our room. They didn’t replenish water and sometimes towels every day. Dirty dishes from breakfast were left in our room twice. The shower leaked water because the shower door wouldn’t stay shut.
