I got to the hotel early and was told that my room was ready but hotel policy was not to allow us valued customers in until 3pm. A large number of other people all told this. We had to wait with our baggage in the bar. Finally got to my room with a great view of the car park. Terrible.

Arrived 30-40 min before 3 pm check in time and told we would need to pay $30 for early check in. Also quoted and billed rate was not what was quoted on this site. Hotel was quite nice however.

Very close to airport which was fantastic but unfortunately we travelled from nz up at 3 am to catch plane arrival in morning couldn't get into room till 3pm unless paid the hourly charge no coffee machine no bar very poor in our books
