Carnegie accommodation with spa

Good value clean and comfortable motel room. I received an upgrade as I stay here quite often. Great staff, great location to shops, dining and transport. Small maintenance issues which I reported to staff as feedback (not a complaint).

Spacious clean room with excellent location

This property was well located for our theatre trip. It was spacious, clean we enjoyed a terrific breakfast and also evening meals on site

Check in was good with Steve (young) welcoming us. Though we have an Express service on Fri and full service on Mon, there was not enough of toiletries and tissues for the two of us. Also the salt and pepper sachets were not replenished during both the services.

The breakfast offered a good selection . The room was comfortable and cosy, enough with a , good shower, and great location. The only negative was noise occasionally during the night from outside.

10/10 You will have a FAB STAY HERE if you decide to choose this place! It is super modern and great location ! Rooms are very crisp & clean ! Lovely space in the lobby with great vibes. Can sit down there & have a drink with a friend or solo, or do some work on your laptop, having such friendly staff there also helps ! They really are so kind and approachable, always happy to help ! You really can’t go wrong, the only thing I’d say to be aware of is if you need housekeeping to do towels/bins , all good but they can miss your room, so just give reception a call by 16;00 if they haven’t done it, they missed mine 2 of the days even though I had the correct sign on the door. The one time I got lucky calling reception and they came to finish it, but the other day they’d already gone home. But everything there in general is just amazing, its exactly like the pictures. A great mix of every age group, solo & group travellers. You can walk everywhere if you need to but there is public transport close by if you prefer ! Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again ! :)
