The room was great. Clean and new. Nice. Only problem was no wash cloths and I banged my head 30 times on the upper kitchen cabinets. I would highly recommend this hotel apartment.

Room was exactly what we needed. Clean spacious and central to where we wanted to be. HOWEVER when I realized on the 17 th that I had booked 11/17-11/22 but we were crossing the international date line and not arriving until 11/18 I immediately called the hotel and explained my mistake and that I recognized that I would have to pay for the 17th. AND we would be getting there after midnight on 11/28 (technically 11/19). I was assured that everything was in order and our room would be ready for us. That gentleman promptly charged my card for me be night and CANCELLED the other 3!! Thankfully the person on the desk when we got there was able to sort it out for us but our arrival was way over complicated
