Great location. Room was extremely warm despite the heat being off, AC was very loud. Bed was not the most comfortable. Otherwise, for a nights stay all was okay.

They advertise and charge you for amenities that arnt working. The hot tub was broken and it was a big reason I chose to stay here. If you can’t offer part of the package you sold make it right with your customer.

The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!

Everything was great. The only downside is that their hot tub gets closed on Sundays for maintenance but we enjoyed it on Saturday.

I loved my stay. I guess two of the thinkgs to improve is the noise level. The walls don’t seem very well insulated, and the heating is somewhat noisy and difficult to manage. I would come back though, the price was right.

The room itself was just okay but the pillows were awful and made for a horrible sleep. There was no parking the first night we were there so we were told to park on the street and just move the car before 8am, not very relaxing when you are on vacation and wanting to be able to sleep in. The location is great but the room doesn’t have any soundproofing so you hear everything from the road and people running outside your door. The heater in the room also would randomly start clanking in the middle of the night which made for a very disrupted sleep. I’ve stayed in Canmore many times and would suggest staying at other hotels in the area that are much better for the same price point. Would not stay there again.
