Just before checking in, we received a message that the hot tub was out of order. Life happens, so it is something beyond their control, but disappointing. Went to the front desk to ask for ice, and was informed that the machine was empty. This is my second stay in a year, and both times they had no ice. When I inquired about an option for ice, the front desk clerk told me I could walk to Save-on-Foods and buy ice. I understand it is not her fault that the machine was not producing ice, however, being told to walk and buy ice was unacceptable. I asked for a late check out the following day, just by one hour. The front desk clerk, told me she could only do 30 minutes. I was hoping because of the inconvenience of the hot tub and ice, that they would be more accommodating with a one hour late checkout. The bathroom was not the cleanest in our room. While it had been cleaned, there were many random hairs in the tub. I find that very disgusting. Very disappointing overall.

The property was very clean and the best place to be close to be downtown. The free parking was a good bonus. It was our little family of 3 and the Queen one bedroom was perfect. Only one little complaint is we missed the information about the hot tub being closed on Sundays, but the property was great and next time we will plan around the hot tub service days

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location is walk friendly. The staff was very responsive and friendly. My friend and I only have one complaint about this facility. The jets in the hot tub stopped at 920 each night we were there and would not come back on and the chemical levels in the hot tub ruined both of our swim suits. Bleached the color right out of them. We would stay again, but will not bring new suits next time. It was a costly lesson.

Clean,comfortable beds, room with a great view. Very nice hot tub as well as easy check in and out. Only problem is that our TV didnt work and we found the pillows were lumpy and not the most comfortable. Overall good stay

The pictures led me to believe that the property was a bit larger and more secluded. Things were clean but didn’t sparkle. You get what you paid for! Lovely town and the front desk did an excellent job of ensuring we were happy with the accommodations.

This was our fourth time staying here and the third time that the hot tub was broke last minute again! Sorry to say probably won’t be coming back for awhile due to this ongoing issue, half the reason we book here is to use the outdoor hot tub and each time we’re disappointed because it never seems to be working soon as we’re in route to or just have arrived.

Always have driven by this location never really thought to look into it. Really happy I did. The rooms are easily one of the nicer places. I stayed very clean and amazing bang for your buck if you will. The hot tub does have a little bit too much chlorine in it. My skin was really agitated after which isn’t normal for me as I’m in hot tubs all the time and I’m always travelling and selecting places with a hot tub. However, they did have a well product lotion and soap in the hotel for rinsing off afterwards. Also, the hot tub was outside, which I truly do love better than being surrounded in a tile room! I would give this place a 4.9 star no problem Overall, great experience did online check-in and had someone texting me from the front desk to ensure I was enjoying my stay! Thank you, Morgan for being so attentive!
