This is an awesome all inclusive resort, everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind! We had a great 9 day vacation! Dining options at the 3 resorts are exceptional, installations are luxurious and comfortable at its best. Plenty of pools, bars, shows and activities all day long! The only downside is the beach but with your stay you get the opportunity to go to the other sister hotels at the hotel zone to enjoy a better beach at no cost.

Loved the 24/7 room service, golf cart transportation/lobby to lobby buses, and the staff and workers were amazing! Only thing we disliked was the other guests ignoring the signs saying not to reserve chairs and lounges especially at the water park.

My stay started off on the wrong foot. when I got to my room, it wasn't ready. There was even a note left behind (likely from a supervisor) outlining issues that still needed to be addressed in the room. To make matters worse, my room keys didn’t work, so I had to walk back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. A few days later, I received an email from the hotel offering two complimentary massages as an apology. At first, I appreciated the gesture until I saw the catch. They required me to sign a contract agreeing not to post any negative reviews about the hotel on social media in order to redeem the offer. In other words, they weren’t offering an apology they were trying to buy my silence. This completely changed my impression of the hotel’s management. An apology should be sincere, not conditional. It was no longer a genuine apology it became a transactional attempt to silence feedback. I declined the offer. Here are the Pros and Cons. Pros: Great drinks, Very clean hotel, Family-friendly amenities, (arcade, water park, Flow Rider, playground) No pressure from hotel staff regarding the membership program. Friendly staff across the resort. JC Steakhouse was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Cons: Check in process was frustrating, food was a huge letdown for a high end resort, the buffet served roughly 85% of the same food every day. Unfortunately, what could have been a great stay was tainted by questionable management decisions and underwhelming dining experiences.

Found a lizard, cockroach in my room and to top it off ants all over my food service when they dropped it off!! Air conditioning did not work 2 out of the 5 days. Not a great vacation

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious my room was.

The multitude of food choices was great. Ate very well. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The pools were great always things going on for kids and adults. Also liked the daily night shows that had different acts on different nights. Kids liked this too. My only negative was the last minute resort closure moving us over to Nuzic but we got free access to the Grand for entire stay.
