We had to cut our stay sort by one day, due to our daughters pregnancy. Spoke to the assistant hotel manager about a refund for that day. He said to contact Expedia for authorization and then he would apply my refund for that day. I spoke to him as we were getting in a taxi, and he was entering the hotel. Apparently, he has not responded to Expedias calls to authorize my refund. What a terrible lack of profesional courtesy.

Oh my, where do we start? This was one of our most memorable vacations to Mexico! The service was unmatched; the food was amazing; the grounds were meticulously maintained; and the room was super spacious, comfortable, and quiet! The bathrooms at the pool were even super clean! Room was great. Food was the best of any resort we’ve ever been to. Beach service, terrific! Very friendly and hard working staff. Just a block from Hidalgo.

The staff was very courteous, attentive and helpful. Michel arranged Bali beds for us and worked with Patricia at the desk to arrange a room change. The wait staff is top notch and many have been there for years.

Great friendly staff , loved the beach bar and loungers that lead to the glorious beach of white sand and clear blue sea. The lounge area was quite sheltered on some of the windy days. I also loved the food . and the convenience to the local shopping area. We went all inclusive the last couple days and found it fantastic.
