Stay away What shows in photos is not wha you really get. The entry for our room was sticky and dirty. The bathroom had no fans. Bathtub was patched up and the taps were making noises. The towels were dirty. Toilet was terrible. The carpets and curtains were like never been cleaned. The tv had no internet access. We had to ask for slippers. No beverages or water in fridge. The reception area carpet was dirty as. The staff was incompetent. Some had difficulty with English.

Bed bugs, leaking roof, fresh towels were dirty and staff shortages. Elevator buttons held in with tape and lifts not working. If you wish to sleep don't book this hotel due to street noise.

It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Also the view from our place was beautiful! Love waking up to it. Another plus is that it’s close to so many tourist spots (just a 5 minute walk from the Great Barrier Reef Terminal) and food places.

The property is in a great location. Very annoyed with drilling work above our room which we were not made aware of when we checked in. So loud that we could hardly speak over it. Management did not seem to care when we complained about it.
