The facility in the staff were very good! The location was convenient for the excursions, but the downtown area is noisy in the evenings because it’s very vibrant. Something to think about if you have young children.

Easy access to the Reef terminal and esplanade shopping and dining. Great and secure car park. Shower pressure not great. After getting off elevator floor three has an additional two small sets of stairs to get to room with bags. Not convenient for older guests. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is nice accommodation with a good outdoor pool and convenient for restaurants and bars.Cairns centre however has no beach so you need a car to get around to see the beaches

Nice hotel. Great location

The hotel had a great location close to the harbor as well as the bar and restaurants. The laundry facilities came in handy while we were there as well

The man at reception who checked us in at 12am was friendly. The lady the next morn was not. The dining hall staff during breakfast was likewise friendly. The cleaners were helpful n both rooms were clean n tidy. Would come again, thank you.

Top tier location, solid all around.

Positives - - unreal location, 5 min walk to the marina for easy access to any boat trips, 2 min walk to the main boulevard/restaurants/shops - we had an amazing room facing the ocean, beautiful views - big room, big bathroom, had all you need - lovely staff - decently priced - nice pool and chill out areas Negatives - - room WiFi was literal trash. May as well not even offer it when it’s so slow. Atrocious. If you’re relying on WiFi… good luck to you - if not included, breakfast was $30ea… and despite a buffet it was average and coffee was really bad - bath/shower combined old school style which is slippery Overall was a good choice and we are happy as really good positives outweighed the negatives.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. It was very quiet and pleasant. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse and had average quality. The staff care about cleanliness and do a very good job in that regard. However, in my opinion, the bathroom needed better cleaning and the fan wasn’t working.
