Free shuttle and free breakfast made it so much easier before our flight. The room was big enough to accommodate us (family of 7), was clean and comfy Will definitely return in the future

Great location, mediocre service

It was fine enough for a quick stay near the airport. The neighborhood felt very safe and the room was clean. There were only 2 bath towels for a booking of 5 people. At 4:15pm (right after check-in), I requested more towels to accommodate all on our booking. I was told they would be there shortly. I checked back 1.5 hours later and was told they were “making their rounds right now” aka they’d be there soon. Still did not receive them at 7:45pm and did not receive any response to an additional inquiry at that time until the next morning after we had left for our flight. We never received enough towels.

This is a convenient hotel, but folks who were not guests were walking into the hotel and seemed to be getting up to "no good".

Would not stay again.

The bathroom was mostly clean, but the bathtub had the person‘s hair in it from the previous customer. The coffee area was clean and minimally stocked. The beds were very firm, not uncomfortable, but could’ve been softer. The breakfast was mostly cold. The building in general is cold even though it’s winter. The room in general was clean the main problem was that it was very cold so much so we had to complain several times and they brought us a space heater rather than turning on the heat. The first one they brought us was old and had a burning smell. It then broke. The maintenance man was unfriendly when he came to help. He took out a very impacted filter and said that was the reason why the heating wasn’t getting to us. He said that the heat would be turned on from 9 PM till 11 PM. It was never turned on that evening. The maintenance man took away the heater that broke, but seemed to be blaming us for it. Then brought us another one and threatened us that the manager could walk us over to the other hotel and the other embassy suite over by the airport. As two women we felt very threatened by this. So much so that we decided not to take part in the in the rest of the amenities in the hotel that evening. There was a complaint made directly to the hotel. Hilton parking is $44 a night, which is ridiculous or you can risk parking your car on the street. Overall not a very good stay.

I had problems with charges made to my card at check in time … I need a receipt of what final charges were, they were not provided and look like I may have been overcharged … Other than that everything was beautiful this is my favorite hotel .. I hosted my grandchildren there for their birthday.

Awful stay and customer service.

The room was hardly ready at check in time. We were given keys and room service was still in the room when we entered. The pull out couch had dirty sheets still on the bed. We asked twice for new bedding which never came. We had to track down room service our self. Our room was right by an elevator and we could hear it all night in addition to people talking and yelling all night. We called the front desk who said they would send security. I finally opened the door and asked the group who was gathering outside our room to be quiet and was harassed by them for saying something. I went to the front desk to complain and was offered a new room at 10 pm. Ken behind the desk said that the room we were in should only be booked when no other rooms were available. He offered us a new room on the 4th floor but I refused to wake up 3 people to move them in the middle of the night. He said I had to because otherwise we would be occupying 2 rooms. No compassion or understanding. The only good thing was shuttle service to LAX at 430 am was on time.
