There were so many issues I have no clue where to start. The refrigerator in our room did not close, I requested it be fixed once I realized it wouldn’t close. Guest Services said the maintenance would be up and he did not show up until the next day after my husband went to complain. The food I ordered my daughters the day before was already no good because it could not be refrigerated. The shower water would not drain while showering it seemed like maybe hair was clogged in the drain or something else. We requested another blanket and never received the blanket. The service at this hotel was not what we expected.

What a great stay!! The hotel kindly held our bags as we got off a cruise early in the morning. Location was great...very close to the airport. Beach was a short Uber ride away. We loved that they offered a complimentary airport shuttle. Breakfast was amazing & we appreciated the evening reception with drinks/snacks. The room was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the lobby area....beautiful plants, water feature (complete with live turtles!), and walkways. Pool was warm & my kids had so much fun swimming! Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

Sadly, with so many flight delays and changed we arrived MUCH later than anticipated. That, being said, only allowed us minimum time to enjoy all the hotel had to offer. Very efficient staff as well as polite.
