This is a perfect place for anyone traveling to Boston. Clean, great location, easy online checking in & out ! My brother loved his stay in this wonderful neighborhood with the park nearby.

It's not a hotel, it's more like a guesthouse. When we checked in, we were sent to a different building, which was very far away. The weather was cold, and we had to carry our luggage back and forth. They gave us a parking spot, but it was expensive and also very far away. It was really inconvenient. They promised breakfast, but there was no breakfast. We stayed in a cold basement room. It was a terrible accommodation experience.

We had a 4th floor room with a bow window and a view of the pretty walk that stretches down to Copley Square. Beautiful neighborhood of brownstones with a well-stocked market and good restaurants nearby. Centrally located so that we were able to walk to the MFA & Isabella Stewart Gardner museums as well as the Freedom Trail. Our room was very comfortable - there was a couch and a kitchenette so we were able to really relax at the end of the day. The best part was the staff, who were all very friendly and accommodating. We arrived a few hours before checkin, and they not only let us leave our bags so that we could start exploring Boston, they delivered them to the room for us! Copley House is the perfect place for a long weekend (or week!) exploring a really nice city.
