Great location, quiet, easy access to Hop on Hop off bus, malls, eateries, and convenience store. We were on the 3rd floor of one of their other buildings in Garrison Street which was a walk up, so make sure to check if you have climbing issues. The room, bed and kitchenette was sufficient. If you want to experience an inner city vibe - check out Copley House.

Lovely courtyard. Really easy to check in and out. Only downside is the ceilings are thin and the people above me stomped around a lot. Maybe rugs on the floors might stifle the noise.

The Copley House is like a home away from home. We felt like we lived in the city with a kitchenette, king bed and table to work it provided everything we needed.

I had a great stay! It was in a safe location, and I felt secure in the building. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the shops. The rug was a bit dirty when I arrived, but thankfully I was able to talk to the housekeeper, and she was kind enough to use the vacuum. I do wish the listing mentioned whether or not there’s a view from the window. There were pictures of a window, but when I arrived the view was just concrete and people’s feet as they walked by. The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out during the night. I’m not sure if this was specific to the building, but it was a bit annoying since I had some work to do on my computer.

I loved the Copley House! It felt like living in a Boston neighborhood! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and conveniently located. Transportation was close by. The downside was there is no elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor. But it was stated in the description before we booked the room. It had a very tight spiral staircase. I’d stay there again!

I stayed at the Copley House before and had a nice, big, cozy room. This time, the room was very small, but what bothered me the most was the extremely small bathroom and shower and the noise from the AC that kept us awake. Location is good, lots of TV channels, convenient, but otherwise this time was disappointing.

I booked a solo room with bathroom. Everything was absolutely spotless and in good condition - it's not fancy but it's very comfortable and practical. Public transport was easy to reach and the area is lovely to walk around. I would definitely stay there again if I visit Boston and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced place to stay.

It was fine. Comfortable and quiet and the location fit us well. My only wish is that there were some towel racks in the bathroom and the TP holder was fixed. I would book again.
