my stay was great, but there was some confusion about a late checkout based on conversations over expedia and they were pretty unhelpful. the stay besides that was nice, very clean and safe area but not very acommodating.

Copley House having multiple separate buildings rather than one large hotel certainley made the stay feel more cozy, and the room more like an apartment than a hotel room. Lots of entertainment close by, and the option to add a parking space which is an obvious concern in Boston

Great place! Parking garage they suggested was top notch! Bed was very comfortable, views from windows were amazing. Beautiful area and close to “T”(subway). Shower was a little funky to figure out but we got it working. Steep stairs to get to the apartment but they do disclose this, just fyi. I would rent again. Very good experience.

There is no elevator, only a narrow stairs. It's really hard to carry your stuffs up. The bathroom shower was not working properly. I will not recommend this place.
