Book Batukandik hotels

We received a warm welcome and a tour of the resort. The staff always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like part of their family. The place is very quiet, and they have great chefs. I would definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this hotel. Facilities were excellent, staff were wonderful, breakfast was good (variety of different foods) and convenience to beachfront, cafes etc was top notch. Would recommend this hotel to prospective guests.

We chose Hyatt in part to obtain ‘Hyatt Points’, but for the first time in our frequent travels, they were denied because our booking was made through Expedia. As a result , we may not use Expedia in the future. Expedia did not advise us of that.

Best Easter Weekend ever! We booked the family room (Kifaru) for 3 adults with 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms for 2 nights, which included breakfast with the lions and entrance to the safari park. We attended breakfast right when they opened at 7am due to jet lag and everything was fresh with so many options: both western and eastern cuisines, made to order eggs, pancakes one morning and waffles the next morning, juice bar, fruits, salads, and I even met their head chef…he was eager to talk to me when I told him that I’m a personal chef. Coffee is included except specialty items like mimosas, cappuccinos and lattes but reasonably priced Our room was near the spa/pool. Pool was great with a swim up bar and zebras, wildebeests and rhino are right in front of us. We brought carrots they left for us in our room to get them to come closer. Staff is so nice, helpful, and always eager to assist us with anything. We were so lucky to be able to book breakfast with giraffes, which can only be done at check in at an extra cost and only one guest/family can book each morning (weather permitting). We also booked the night safari package with buffet dinner and fire show…loved this experience too! If you love animals definitely book this place! Better than Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge!

This is a beautiful Resort Hotel With great welcoming lobby, With very mannered plesant staff,also great facilities, like full equipped GYM and the very best breakfast, also a very much tank you to manageress Ms.Danti that as been very helpful, i could not possible ask for more thank you very much Prime Plaza Resorts Hotel.
