Exceptional service. Wiartana, Putra, Puspa and the entire team were so good to us. The resort and the rooms are gorgeous. The food is delicious and there are so many events and amenities. The fire show for example was exceptional. If you want a relaxing, luxurious experience in Bali this is the place to go. We loved it here
