The rooms were clean and tidy, the service was exceptional from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome.Front desk, wait staff and housekeeping were fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Very attentive. The buffet breakfast was great too! The hotel is close to everything. The supermarket, pharmacies, shops and eateries are all within walking distance. Home away from home.

I would stay again, but I recommend the pool access rooms. The other rooms with balconies have a weird wooden cage around them. Internally the rooms are modern, bed is comfortable and amenities within are great. The breakfast buffet is as you would hope, I found endless cuisines, well layed out, fresh and easy to access. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and it is in easy walking distance to anything you need, restaurants, cafes, the beach.

Property is old and dated, we had a cabana room which had our own pool. The room smelt and was very small. Thank god we had the outside area. Road construction on footpaths in this area is dangerous to access the property. We left after two days as could not stand being there any longer. Checked into. Hotel on the beach and was much happier. I do not rate this old hotel at all.

Property and Staff were lovely, we had a pool room that I would definitely recommend. BUT All the sidewalks are being torn up and renovated at present, finished by the end of the year apparently. Not the property's fault but it severely affected our stay at this property and in sanur.
