Disappointed

Dissapointed with the leaking vanity drain in the bathroom and the terrible drain smell in the room all week. The large gap in the glass sliding door to the swimming pool from the room allowed mosquitoes into the room all the time. Bed was like laying on a plank of wood and was not good if you have a back problem. Our room was on the gang so extremely noisy all day and night. For the money paid for a pool access room this was a very bad and poor room.

Noisy with door slamming and furniture being dragged around on the floors. This could happen all hours of the night. Breakfast was average, ate there once then elsewhere afterwards. Fight for a spot around the pool. Overall, it’s not bad by any means just a few things I picked up. Would I say there again, probably not.

Wow what a beautiful experience, from the moment we arrived to the second we left. The kindness and service from the staff was world class. A smile around every corner, quality food in restaurant and poolside. We had a pool access room, the only negative was we never got sun. Sanur is a beautiful destination, it has all Bali has to offer but at a slower pace. The 101 is situated perfectly in Sanur, it also offers a beach shuttle. Its also a great gateway to the other islands, with the harbour a short $3 taxi ride. Oggie you are a standout employee, you made our memories so wonderful!

Hotel staff are excellent. The pool is fantastic. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the hotel has its own designated area with the lounges under umbrellas and supply towels at the beach in addition to at the pool. The breakfasts each day had a lovely selection.

The staff was super friendly and really wanted you to feel welcome. We got the ground floor pool on the back side of the property and for the first day there it seemed like had the pool to ourselves. The next day we had other ground floors occupied so it was not as private but it was still nice to go out the back door and into the pool. The hotel food was good (the breakfast was great) but there are dozens of restaurants in walking distance as well that offer a variety of options. If you have Grab or Gojek app you can also get food delivered. You will need to take a Grab or cab to the beach as it is a little far (5 to 10 minute walk).
