This is the best hotel experience I’ve had. Staff ensured a First Class experience for the ENTIRE 8 nights. Holiday Inn staff know how to celebrate Christmas & New Year’s in style. They have parties you can choose to join each night and A+++ menus. Choose from the pool or private beach onsite. Standard King rooms are spacious and bottled water topped up daily. Will be making this place a stop-over to chill before heading back to Sydney when I travel in the future from Europe or Asia. Staff 10/10, Amenitites 10/10, Cleaninless 10/10, Room 10/10.

Clean rooms, staff all friendly can’t do enough for you. Pools and surrounding areas kept clean, good quality pool towels and can change daily or more often if needed. Good breakfast and again staff very attentive. Lovely location right on the beach front, perfect to catch up on rest and relax time. Went to the BBQ night on the beach ( you need to book) very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect resort for families

The property is lovely and the staff are very attentive. Mike and Ryan in particular went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness really stood out during my stay. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, I would suggest avoiding school holidays. It is a very family friendly resort and there were lots of screaming kids, particularly noticeable from the ocean view rooms. The sliding doors let a lot of sound in and there are also musical performances outside, so it may not be ideal if you are after complete peace and quiet. That said, the view itself is absolutely stunning. I ordered room service and the food was delicious. The location was great, the bed was very comfy, and because it was my birthday the team surprised me with a little cake and a personalised card. I was really impressed, especially since I booked on such short notice. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast as well. One thing that did shock me was the amount of plastic that had washed up on the beach. I spent some time picking it up myself. This is of course not the resort’s fault as it is clearly coming in from the ocean, but worth being aware of. Overall it is a beautiful property with thoughtful staff who made my birthday stay special.

Second time back for holidays with family which included a 8 year old. Has a good kids club, staff in kids club were amazing although other hotels have more of a range of free activities included in there kids club and perhaps more suited to younger kids. Pools were good although one large deep swimming pool was lacking. Minor issue, kettle didn’t work Right on the beach but no one was really swimming as there is a lot of rubbish washing up to shore. Staff did a great job trying to continuously clean it. Bars were great and staff were very accommodating even with a strict gluten free option for our son. Offered alternative menus every day for lunch breakfast and dinner Overall good hotel although there are also other great hotels in the area also

Excellent staff and hotel. Great kids club staff. Kids can eat for free in one of the restaurants if and adult orders a main meal. Kids menu had good healthy options. Breakfast was surprisingly good and well organized even with a made to order egg and coffee service. Not a crappy self service coffee machine in sight!. Pool is nice and well maintained. Unfortunately lots of plastic debris washes up onto the beach- that's the whole of this region, but the staff do try to clean up. The swimming area in the beach in front of the hotel isnt the best- it's small and lots of jetskis. If u walk a little further, you can use the nicer parts of the beaches adjoining to the other hotels (considered to be public, but have to pay to use their sunloungers). The hotel could do with a few more shaded lounge beds by the pool/beach, (many are without shade) A couple of nice restaurants within walking distance from the hotel as well as convenience stores, though the hotel restaurant itself offers good food at reasonable prices.

Staff are lovely always smiling and helpful and remember your name. . Pool is great The breakfast is amazing. Honestly we have stayed in hotels world wide and this for me was the best. What ever your taste or nationality you will find many options. The baked soda and multi grain is delicious. Poolside bar nice lunch menu. Main restaurant nice pasta etc and themed nights Beach is nice and honestly the staff do their very best but with the tides can bring plastics. We were up early every day and saw the staff raking the beach . Unfortunately this seems to be a problem in the whole of Bali . It didn’t not stop us using the sea as I said above the staff cleaned every day. The hotel needs the beach sun loungers to be the same as the ones around the pool with comfortable pads as too uncomfortable without padding. Could do with tap either end of beach for washing off sand. Beds are huge and comfortable and bathroom very clean. The staff who do all the fitness and water aerobics are fantastic. We made use of yoga, stretching early morning bike ride etc . Nice restaurants within walking distance ie Mandela and Bali Collection has many nice restaurants we loved Burmese all 5mins in taxi or free shuttle. Little arts and crafts market and gift shops. Massage available at hotel . We went outside for a change and loved Royal Orchid Spa all walkable. Very clean and professional with couples rooms. So we would highly recommended this beautiful hotel. Would visit again.

Get rid or upgrade the souvenir shops at the corner of the property. They look terrible given the overall nice surrounding of the beach. There are two located between the hotel and ocean, one in each corner. The goal when you sit on the lounge chair is to relax and enjoy by the beach; What I have noticed is that people that sell items at the souvenir shop make a lot of noise and spit on the ground(kind of gross & disgusting). Other than that, no complaints.
