Room clean, pleasant, good climate control. Can hear the neighbors, who were school children a few nights. Breakfast good but could be crowded. Food at the restaurant was good as well. I could not hear much traffic noise from the nearby main road. It is about 1/2 mile to walk to the beach, which has very calm waters. Plenty of places to eat within a half mile. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Gym is small and minimal equipment, but better than nothing. I did not use the pool.

We had a poolside room and the room was sensational. The staff very helpful and friendly. The spa is amazing and very reasonably priced. Restaurant food is very good. The only concerns are: The buffet breakfast is limited. There is only a small selection but its decent. The walking distance to the main part of sanur is a little walk. Some along the highway They do not run a room tab. You must pay as you use the restaurant or any amenities.
