Awesome place

The room was awesome. We had breakfast each day on the balcony... over looking the las ramblas. The staff was awesome. From the front desk to any interchange with Any other staff we had was pleasant. They recommended a few restaurants and at one we had the best paella we have ever had. Cadaques... awesome restaurant!

Our stay here has been excellent . I have felt safe, room with rambla balcony has wonderful view and lovely in the evenings. Room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is modern and shower water was hot. Rooftop bar has amazing view. Breakfast had many options and lobby provides water and snacks all day. Only downside is there is construction going on street up front so taxi will drop you off down the block or across street, but it is not too far and did not make me have a negative impact about this hotel. I would stay here again and have enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

Nice location. Very clean. Friendly staff. Just don’t like the two single bed together to create a double bed. Two separate single duvet also. Otherwise, it is still a superb stay.

International charger in wall was so exciting to find. All the staff were super friendly. Convenient location to plaza, dining and right next door to the Spanish 7/11 Ale Hop. Great location to walk to the beach and also get a cab a few steps across the street. You won’t lose your key bc you hand it in at the desk before leaving which is nice too. Thank you.

We got the best 2 rooms with the balcony facing Gothic Quarter. The view was great. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and nice & they gave us 1 room for early checkin as I was traveling with my mother. The buffet breakfast is also pretty good. They also packed us breakfast as we were checking out early. Overall our experience was wonderful.

Great location

Check in time was delayed which was inconvenient, front desk needs retraining for customer service, AC was not available for the 8 days of stay, no hooks for clothes in restroom, bed was to firm, pillows were to long and not comfortable, toiletries were provided in room, housekeeping did a great job and was friendly, rooftop was great, great location.

We were placed right in front of La Rambla which was extremely noisy. The AC is shared with the entire hotel, so they had the heaters on and we couldn’t control de temperature – it was so hot. Hotel was good, just unconvenient.

In general, I was happy with the stay. There is much construction on the Ramblas, which is not the hotel’s fault, but was somewhat of a problem, particularly when the construction hit some electrical box and we had no power for 16 hours.

This is a great hotel. Perfect location on La Rambla and close to the metro. There is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only issue I had during the stay is that the hallway is very loud due to doors slamming rather than closing softly. Bring earplugs so you aren’t bothered by them at night. The staff makes this hotel exceptional. We were able to check in early, they were always friendly when asking for directions or suggestions, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. My son had some medical issues while we were there, and the staff was always willing to help, including calling a doctor to visit in the middle of the night. I’m so grateful to the whole staff and will absolutely stay here again!
