Hotel room was modern and comfortable, staff very helpful! Convenient location next to the train station and shops nearby. The only issue we had with this hotel was the shower had no hot water and there were some small ant-like insects in the room, but we only stayed for one night and with the reasonable price it was fine!

Very comfortable bed. Large room. The pool was amazing. Staff were very helpful and always courteous and smiling. Location was good. Right by the skytrain with easy access to the rest of Bangkok, although the area itself was lively and there were plenty of places to eat and nice rooftop bars for the evening

Absolutely fantastic! Everyone of the staff from the front desk, to the guys helping with luggage, to the women helping clean the rooms were amazing! Everyone was very kind, polite, professional, and helpful! The room was very clean and comfortable. I also loved that the location was conveniently located to some great places to eat, stores with essentials like 7/11, and just a short walk from Lumpini Park, as well as easy access to the BTS. It's also nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. For my first visit to Bangkok, this place was perfect!

Great location in the center of the city. Near BTS Skytrain. Away from main road , no road traffic boisecat night. Very safe area. Great swimming pool and gym.good for damily and solo traveller.
Location is off the street. Sometimes hard for Grab driver's to find lobby entrance. It is next to Trinity Complex.
