It was very hard to sleep due to loud traffic noise. We were on the 17th floor, yet due to poor insulation we could hear loud motorcycles, cars, ambulances etc all night long. Very little sleep. Really disappointing considering cage high cost of the room.

Exceptional - will always return.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. From the airport transportation pick up to the check in and to literally any time you see any staff member they are incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. Their English is excellent. Upgrading to the club lounge access is absolutely worth it and one of the best club floors I’ve experienced. The food and beverage offering is excellent and it’s quite spacious. I also had the airport drop off and never have I had someone from the hotel meet us there and take us to the appropriate baggage drop off, get us checked in and take us to security. Above and beyond. It was an excellent experience. The only constructive criticism is on the one day my room still hadn’t been cleaned by 3pm. That is a bit too late in the day considering I had left at 8am. Perhaps just an extremely busy day. Love this hotel so much. The breakfast is excellent both at the restaurant and the lounge.
