The staff was over the top kind and helpful. Rooms clean and well appointed. Loved the bath tub with the view. Bed and pillows were luxury comfortable The rooftop bar was fun with captivating night views. The pool & bar area gave glam relaxation. Don’t miss the breakfast bar with too many options to taste everything in one sitting. Skyview should be everyone’s top hotel choice in the shopping district.

The room was beautiful, glad we booked executive room the view was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I checked in the day after my birthday and they wished my happy birthday checking in and even had a birthday cake sent to my room no charge. The concierge service was also very helpful booking us a reservation at the tribe of popular club and also affordable taxis to different locations. We had the breakfast included, and it was good every morning definitely wouldn’t pass that up. Great food, great views and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting everywhere we need to be.

5 étoiles sur le papier, 2 étoiles en réalité "L'hôtel est certes très beau de l’extérieur, mais c'est là que s'arrête le luxe. La gestion est déplorable : accueil glacial et suppléments mesquins pour chaque bouteille d'eau. Comble du séjour, la plomberie était hors service. Après 4 passages du personnel sans résultat, nous avons fini par faire des allers-retours à la salle de sport pour utiliser les toilettes. Parlons-en, du gym : 5 pauvres machines qui se battent en duel. Évitez cet établissement surtout pour le prix. Si vous cherchez du confort et du service. :(

Room was clean and get very comfy great area to stay in, staff all polite breakfast was amazing - really top notch. The mojjo roof bar was great and again staff were lovely. Only niggle was we ordered a bottle of wine from room service and when we wanted to take it to pool bar to finish off they wanted to charge us 1000 baht for the privilege! We had already paid plenty for the wine and they didn’t serve wine at the bar or we would have bought it there in the first place! That said we would definitely stay there again.
