We stayed the night of New Years Eve and the day after. Overall the place was clean and appeared to be well maintained. However, the listing pictures for our room did make it appear much bigger than it was though (King Supreme room). Not sure if there’s anything that could’ve been done for us to realize that, but the staff were very accommodating to our requests and even got us an extra bed to accommodate the 3 adults sharing the room. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Everything was good but the staff stand out. On the last day we ordered Grab to take us to the airport and the driver picked up another passenger instead of us. The concierge, especially the gentleman who maybe the manager called the driver and since Grab driver was not responding, this gentleman hired a taxi for us to take us to the airport without charging us. That is hospitality. Really nice people. Thank you!

Lovely to have a variety of foods freshly cooked for you, the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel were very kind and gave us some flowers and a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. The pool area is a little small considering how many people stay at the hotel, but it is usually not too busy. Very convenient for transport as both the SkyTrain and underground are only a 10 minute walk I would stay here again.

I had to ask for a third bed to accommodate our party. The hotel was quick to supply it, but once it had three beds, the room felt very cramped. I expected a superior room to have more space. I got a cold the day before we left and was stuck watching tv in the room. There were only two English movie channels and one had no sound. Maybe change the cable tv company?

This hotel was very good. For the price, the staff were amazing. The con serge staff were great. Any question we had, they found an answer. The room and facilities were good too. All in, I would definitely come back.
