The hotel had issues from the start Had to wait for room and then there attitude started It was like they were doing me a favor They people did not not understand English I had to cut my stay short due to the death of my mother I had paid in advance. And they were like too bad you lose you money They never off were ed me a credit or condolences again the service left a Lot to be desired

Still a serviceable property but I got in late and ended up room that had a few issues. One being that the closet door would not close causing the closet light to stay on. Good staff service and breakfast make up for any shortcomings. Good value place.

Very helpful staff

Great stay, the staff were very helpful, there was an issue with the aircon and the door in my room so they arranged for me to move rooms. The breakfast chef was really accommodating and made me a separate plate of gluten free food, and the following morning he had already kept food separate for me. Oui the concierge was very friendly, he helped with my cases, and provided tuktuk service to the main road.

Good location, great service.

I am a regular customer at Park Plaza Soi 18, and the team has been great as always. This time I mostly interacted with Antonio and Pean at concierge, who helped in several ways. My last stay was very good, with the only exception that their rooftop pool was closed for a day due to a private party, and that was a little inconvenient.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean

Hotel was conveniently located to public transport, dining options, massage parlors and Terminal 21. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The welcome cold drink was a perfect greeting from a hot and humid day. The hotel room was clean & comfortable. Hot water rain shower was amazing! The hotel gym was perfect for a nice workout and strategically located next to the pool.
