The room was simple but had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time at the pool and rooftop, it was a great atmosphere. Also close to many things and the restaurant was really good as well, best Indian food I’ve ever had. Also had a miscommunication with laundry but the manager was quick to act and was able to help us out which we greatly appreciated! Overall great experience!

For the price, it does not seem worth it. The rooms are in desperate need of a refresh and better maintainence. There were no hairdryer provided, the shower pressure was weak and the room seems to be prepared in a rush. Staff were nice and lobby is ok with welcome drinks. Location is ok though a little far from the BTS. However, probably will not stay again due to the old rooms.

Pops and I had a great stay at Park Plaza Bangkok SO 18. The staff were very attentive, the concierge Brian was excellent and their housekeeping crew caring for the job they perform. Breakfast daily is delicious, their massage therapist very professional. Will stay again.

A very nice place to stay. The room was very spacious and had plenty of amenities including a coffee machine. The bathroom was very well presented with everything you need. The staff are amazing at this hotel, very friendly and helpful.

The room was in poor condition as it is quite an old hotel. The rooftop pool and the Indian restaurant on the second floor were both wonderful. The water at the welcome station in the lobby was very funky tasting and the staff told us the popsicles beside this water were not complementary — however when we wanted to purchase one, they couldn’t tell us how much it costed and simply walked off. This made for a poor first impression.

Check in was quick & smooth. All the staff , from the cleaners to the Concierge are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and professional, always with a ready smile. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet hotel but very close to the BTS and Terminal 21. There are lots of dining options very close to the hotel.
