The staff is always super friendly to and helpful.rooms are clean with very comfortable beds and well organized bathrooms .Lily Fu’s restaurant downstairs has delicious food and excellent service. I Alva ye stay in this hotel whe in Bangkok . It feels like home to me.

The housekeeping staff is incredible. My suite was kept incredibly clean throughout my stay. The bathrooms are very well appointed with rainfall showers as well as handheld shower heads. The Concierge, Addison is absolutely incredible. He can assist with anything you might need. In addition, every staff member I encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Great Spacious Hotel & Great Staff

Friendly and helpful staff that attended my requests. Spacious Room. The access to Premier Lounge was a great addition. The lounge was a great place to relax and mingle and have some drinks. Pool was clean and though small, it was great. Location of this hotel is very central to Bangkok with close proximity to BTS. Sir 11 is the center of nightlife with walking distance to other nightlife venues. Lots of eateries
