The overall experience was incredible! The bed was its own experience. The linen, sheets, pillow was something which I never experienced in any other hotel. All in all 10/10 for value for money!

The hotel was in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the skytrain. The staff was very attentive and the room was comfortable and clean. Amenities like the pool and gym were modern and well looked after.

Loved our stay here. The Junior Suite was huge and perfect for our little family. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming - nothing was a problem. Would definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok. My only other comments would be that the kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped - no dish cloths, tea towels etc so had to use those from the bathroom. Also, there is a bit of wear and tear on cupboard doors, old air conditioning units etc. That aside, one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in for a long time!

I stayed 6 nights at MUU in a junior suite and it was such a treat. Loved the location, and the amenities. Breakfast and dinner at Otto were both fantastic. I didn’t get to enjoy Social Hour in the evening unfortunately, but the special events offered looked great. The walkability nearby was awesome, everything you could need within blocks of you. The staff were very friendly. Loooved the gym and the pool. Would stay here again!

I just stayed at MUU for the second time, and I have been very happy with both experiences. Staff are very attentive and friendly, the place is mostly very clean, rooms are nice and spacious, and the location and the amenities are great. I only had a couple issues: the shower water did not get very hot and the device that holds the shower handle had a bunch of brown stuff dripping from it (which I assume was wet rust). But these are pretty minor. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
