My room was very clean and spacious. They have a decent breakfast buffet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. They are half a block from the air train which runs on Soi Sukhumvit and can transfer to the airport line subway.

Fantastic location

The location of the hotel was fantastic! Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The only disappointing part was that the only view from our rooms was the rooms of the apartments facing the hotel. Wasnt an issue as we were spending most of the days out exploring and checked out the views from the roof top bar and swimming pool

Overall was a good stay, nice staff and nice breakfast. However, the exhaust fan in the bathroom seems not working at all, though it didn't affect the experience.

I love the spaciousness of the suite we had. It was perfect for my family as everyone had their own space to be in. There’s also children’s activities at the lobby like games and colouring sheets. The location of the hotel was also ideal as it’s less than 10 mins from Emporium and Phrom Phong BTS station. I would book this hotel again when I visit BKk with my family.

The breakfast buffet was extremely good. Clean and quiet. Staff were nice. No surprises. Walk less than 10 minutes to the train station. Drive a little over an hour to the grand palace. Rooftop bar has cheap happy hour at sunset with decent view. Rooftop pool has good view from one side.
