Room: run down & needs reno. Didnt want to sit on their cloth couch w/ stains on it. Like big fridge. We had suite w/ 2 rooms which is great. Cant use 2 blow dryer at same time, blew fuse. Pool: dirty & kids refused to swim in it again Location: only that is close by wakii g distancr is terminal 21. Everything else we needed to hail a taxi. So i will pick a different location if i come back to bangkok. Restaurants are very tourisy so didnt try it there is cheap food stalls which was 1 good thing. Internet: none in ensuite & staff said cant do anything about it

I Hope to Land here again soon

Excellent front desk services. Rooms and common areas are clean. Wi-fi okay in my room, maybe better in other areas of the hotel. Location is excellent in very quiet area but 5 minute walk to everything you want. Only negative is that the room lighting needs improvement. Bathroom is dark and no lamps or appropriate lighting for reading in bed.

We really loved the location of this hotel! The restaurant, Monsoon, which is just a few steps away was really great. It is also a bit further down the street so it was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The only downside to this hotel was that we had a really strong and weird smell in our room, almost like smoke. We also didn't get any toilet paper the first day which really worried us, but it must have been a mistake because house keeping gave us some the next day.

Excellent staff, housekeeper for our floor it was astounding. Construction noise around the property was loud. Although we were on a night schedule . Anyone staying on a normal schedule, probably wouldn't have even noticed. When we asked about switching rooms because the noise during the day while we were trying to sleep was loud, they instantly found us a room on the other side of the hotel where it was barely noticeable.
