Got the 2 bedroom since we were traveling with 2 kids. Aircon was leaking from ceiling in the kitchen since we got there. Staff tried to clean it every day but I just kept leaking a 5 gallon bucket full each day. Didn’t get a change of room and we were there for 7days.

Evergreen Place Siam Review

A spacious 2 bedroom clean apartment conveniently located. I believe it is a 4 star hotel so would expect bath robes and better quality slippers but I shall remember to bring my own next time. My only other gripe is the breakfast buffet was below average. But if you need a 2 bedroom accommodation in Bangkok, you should consider the Evergreen Place Siam.

I didn’t appreciate that our roof was leaking in our room for one full day before anything was done to fix it and when we asked to have another day to stay considering all the troubles that we were dealing with (water pouring down from roof,floor flooded with water pouring out from roof ) we were told no!!

Korn and Staff are all amazingly friendly Staffer Miss Korn is an Outstanding person. We arrived late in the evening Korn greeted us respectful the Thai Way, a pretty smile, beautiful eyes & softly spoken. She speaks & understands fluent English. We booked a l bedroom and to our surprise Korn upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite 2 bathrooms, 20th floor, balcony, facing Victory Monument. We loved our stay so much because of Miss Korns professionalism and our accomodation, we booked again 1.5 weeks later for a further 4 nights. I'd also like to add even though Miss Korn is outstanding the rest of the staff are very friendly and always smiling. If you are wondering if this hotel is good value and convenient then YES. It's only 10 min easy walk to MBK and 12 min to Siam Paragon mall. There is a BTS ONLY 3 min walk to RATCHATHEWI BTS or 12 min walk to NATIONAL STADIUM BTS. Outside the hotel 2 min walk is 7 Eleven. This area is safe just like the rest of Bangkok. Big Swimming pool and Gym Australian Traveller : I highly recommend this to singles couples and definitely families. Places to visit: Icon Siam (bts), Victory Monument, Mahanakhon Skywalk (bts), hop on hop off Ferry 150Baht per person (very cheap self tour), Terminal 21 Mall there are two, Asok and Rama 3 (largest of the 2), One Bangkok Mall. Transport Use Grab - reliable and you can select price and how to pay. BTS & MRT trains - airconditioned and easy to use.

Wifi in the apartment was bad, too many similar SSID which cause confusion and the Wifi kept disconnecting. Breakfast was not worth paying for it. Too little choice, do not have hot station for eggs or noodles.

Close to siam paragon and airport train

15 minutes from airport train and 10 minutes to siam paragon. Great location for us and was most impressed with the morning breakfast buffet. Also, was upgraded to larger room which was a nice surprise.
