First thing I will say is that the staff are amazing and very helpful. If it was based on the staff, i would give them a 10/10 The hotel itself is very very dated. Doors didnt shut on the rooms, the furniture was subpar, the bathroom was like being in a caravan in terms of size, and we coukd not get the tv or wifi to ever work, despute the staff trying. The room i ordered was supposed to have 2 beds (we have a teenager) and they brought a wooden roller cot for her. Needless to say she still has a bad back a week after leaving. The hotel also has a restaurant. We didnt eat there, but got coffee there upon arrival. It was unable to be drunk. It was awful. I dont know how to describe it other than it tasted like dirty water.

My cellphone in Bangkok was blocked so could not use it for several days while it was being repaired at the MBK mall. No problem, I got a PC so can use internet. Oh wait, the internet at the hotel is non existent and impossible to get on UNLESS its about 3 am in the morning ! No problem, I ll just got to front desk and request them to make some essential emergency calls to my family overseas and they can charge whatever they want to me. Oh wait, they refused to do that ! Hotel policy they told me !! Had to walk next door to the Asia hotel to access internet. Never again stay at Evergreen Place Siam !!

I did pay for a standard room, the bathroom was small and tight and felt closed in because the room small with no opening window or door. It was clean and good for me but a couple could be small The hotel is close to malls and aquarium and the main airport. Use there taxi service as the pricing is ok for airport. Overall good but far from luxurious

The hotel was exceptionally clean. My only grumble would be there was no hot water for a shower. I think most new hotels use electric showers now so there is a constant supply of hot running water when you use the shower or bath facilities. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful
