First day when showering found that the hair conditioner was not refilled and have informed recept to get it refilled when tomorrow house keeping. Second day when shower still find the hair conditioner not filled. Find that the housekeeping is not careful and the recept is not responsible for conveying message to house keeping.

Always my 1st choice when I come bangkok, service and staff are all excellent. Room are always clean, but abit disappointed as for my last trip, the concierge said they will provide me with free breakfast and upgrade my room for my next trip but wasn’t given. Other than that everything is good, and would like to give the ground staff Tom for his excellent service.

From checking in to checking out, this hotel was a highlight of our stay in Bangkok. Nene was the best at check in, the breakfast buffet is Out of this world AMAZING! The gym is well equipped and clean, the room was spotless and comfortable. All staff was super friendly and helpful, guiding us and making recommendations on where to go and how to move around Bangkok. Near metro station, which is a plus! Would definitely return when visiting Bangkok again

I had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, and the service from the staff was truly excellent. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect balance of comfort and modern amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, conveniently situated near major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to get around Bangkok. Breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious and varied selection of international and local dishes. The service at the restaurant was attentive, and the food quality exceeded expectations. The hotel also offers great facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a relaxing pool area—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok for its exceptional service, friendly staff, prime location, and great value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!
