A hotel in an excellent location if you specifically want to stay in Bangkok’s Arab district. The hotel has been fully renovated, and the rooms are in good condition for a four-star property. However, in my experience, the bathroom did not meet expectations, especially in terms of finishing and drainage. I don’t believe it was fully renovated in the Deluxe Room category, and the water did not drain properly in the shower area. The lighting in the bathroom was also quite dim.

Read a lot of reviews before booking the place. I was a bit hesitant but I am glad I took a chance. The hotel is very conveniently located and is very comfortable. Rooms were sound proof as advertised. Staff was excellent. I will stay here again.

Very close to Nana right off the sukhumvit road. Hotel is located in the Arab area so has lots of Arab and Indian restaurants and tourist. Rooms on the front and side are noisy from the road and BTS and that will keep you awake through the night. When they relax the bar opening time to 4am the road will be even noisier. Staff very friendly and helpful just a shame about the hotel.

I did ask during the Check-In to add breakfast to my Hotel Booking at the agreed price shown at my arrival. However, every morning I was questioned at Breakfast that the meal was not covered by my Hotel Booking and I was sent to the Reception Desk in the Lobby. I did confirm that I was going to pay the Breakfast fee, but the following morning I had the same issue - a problem of communication in between different parts of the Hotel

We had issues the moment we arrived. They we switch 3 rooms in 2 days. One night with no AC they brought us a fan it was 27c in the room all night. They put us in another room and we woke up to an exploded toilet with disgusting things on the floor. (Not frm us btw) the staff was very apologetic but honestly the facility is a 2 star to 2.5 star max. Location was good tho walking distances to a lot of places.

It's right down in the center of one of the most touristy areas, so don't expect it to be too quiet. Had a slight issue when arriving, but sorted it out. Loved the big double sink bathroom, however there's definitely an issue with their sewer system. The toilet would "Clog" when there's nothing to clog it with. Mostly Arabic customers, but pretty much friendly. I chose it because it had a very nice large room with 3 actual beds for 3 adults, instead of 2 beds and a cot or some convertible couch.

The room was good (recently renovated) but the lobby area and the area in general is a bit shabby - I wouldn't complain if I had to stay here again, but I would probably prefer to stay in a different area of BKK
