Although the hotel facilities are not brand new and show some signs of age, it still has the elegance and amenities of a five-star hotel. The price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were disappointed with the breakfast buffet, they only catered to a specific group of people. We were hoping to experience local delicacies since we were in Thailand. Fruits selection were limited, almost the same “Indian menu” every morning, fried eggs were cold because they stacked them 5-6 high. Room cleaning was good. Bottled water, tissues, and toilet paper were replenished everyday. Not a whole lot of shops around the hotel, long walks to see other establishments. The duty driver (Wednesday at 1:00PM) lied to us about the free shuttle to Terminal 21. He said that we missed it, and try again the next day, until I told him that we used the same service 2 days ago and showed him the hotel desk shuttle service. Unbelievable!

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Room is cheap and as a result hotel is tired and stuck in the 80s. Furniture is drab and rooms lacking any homeliness. It is very out of the way and not close to stations. Pool area is rough around the edges and impossible to relax in with constant work from building of hospital next door.

I asked for a quiet room, which got confirmed, when I got to the room it was very noisy from the main street and construction right in front of the building. They didn't want to change to cheaper room, because i paid for a more expensive room, I had to talk to two people to finally change to a quiet room for that night and switch rooms again the next day.

The rooms are definitely not five-star more like a three-star hotel. The service generally was excellent though and from reception it does look like a five-star hotel. However the sauna and steam rooms were not operational during my stay which is a shame because I wanted to use them and they are quite small too. The room did have a safe and a fridge which was very good to have. The bathroom did have some mould in the tub area which was not very pleasant but didn't really detract from my stay.

Hotel is well located for transport with the Makkasan station being within easy walking distance. Service was good from all of the staff. My room was very much what I expected -clean and comfortable bed - I would say it is good value for the money.

The standard room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The thing I like the most about this hotel is the location. Within 1km of the hotel there is a canal boat dock, the Makkasan Airport rail link, and the an MRT station.
