Staff are fabulous as always and the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Would appreciate multicountry plugs and USBC ports in the near future. Only issue was courtyard bar playing live music until 11.30pm on a weekday but it stopped not long after calling reception.

Pros: Great service everywhere - efficient and friendly. Very clean accommodations. Good amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet! Excellent location. Cons : No vanity mirror in bedroom. No good channels on t.v. - needs to have Netflix, HBO prime, etc. Spa was ok but facial was below par (not thorough, noisy, pushing product sale, etc.) In-room coffee creamer packet extremely difficult to open, so could not have coffee in room.

Excellent Bangkok hotel

The room itself was a bit dated, but the hotel was high end. Beds were comfortable, employees lovely, and some excellent restaurants on site. Great way to end my stay in Thailand.

Amazing stay and hospitalities! It was my first time in Bangkok and Anatara has definitely given me an excellent memory! No complaints, the hotel was perfect for everything. There was a dress code to access the lounge and dining which I was little surprised however given the condition of the hotel I can understand that they might not want people wear flip flops to enter the lounge lol as lots business meetings are happening.
