Staff-had a few problems communicating with staff about simple requests. We were told by one guy, no problem. Then another guy acted like it was his first time ordering a cab. He acted like he didn’t know where The Grand Palace was. He was unable to get one thus we were not able to do tour that we paid for. Also had issues ordering coffee packets. I put out the sign to not have my room cleaned but wanted coffee in my room the next morning. Called and he said, “You can come down and get coffee”. I wanted it in my room. He called again and said, “You are checking out, you don’t need coffee”. I said I just wanted two small packets of coffee for my room. He called back a third time to which yelled, “Just give me the coffee”. Such a small request for something so small should not have been handled like this. The price was a little high for me but loved the hotel. But, staff made me mad. Simple requests handled very poorly.

The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and responsive. Monsoon Restaurant, just off the lobby, was not only convenient, but also had a reasonably-priced menu with a wide choice of items.

Adelphi Suites is a fantastic, clean hotel in a great location. Our stay there was great. The real highlight is the staff. Pas, Maria, Oum, Acky, Ple, Fab and Sang thank you so much. Your are all amazing and friendly people who made our stay fantastic and really helped with any thing we needed!

I think this may be the perfect Bangkok hotel. It's recently renovated and very clean. The room was generously sized, which helped because we have a lot of luggage for two people. The view from the room was stunning and the glass was even clean. The staff was kind and helpful. The gym seened adequate for a quick workout. The pool seems like it is in the shade 100% of the time. The water was cool to my taste but it's January, in warmer months it would probably be very refreshing. The restaurant downstairs is nice. Breakfast wasn't included. The room had a little kitchen we enjoyed. We like to make eggs in the morning, with pastries bought the night before and a little fruit and a refrigerator to put a few Cokes and beers in is perfect. The location is near the Nana BTS stop with all of it's excitement but this hotel isn't too loud at night to sleep. The BTS makes it easy to get around plus there are taxis, Tuk-Tuks, and Grab around. Overall, I would give Adelphi 10 stars if I could. It's got everything some of the luxury name hotels have and a good value. It might even be better because of the large room size.

The room was clean and the amenities were great! loved my stay at the hotel and loved its location next to the Skytrain. I definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to explore bangkok for a few days. I will be booking this spot for my next visit.
