Regular Bangkok hotel

This is my regular bkk hotel for over 10years. Despite the change of new staff within several months in 2024, I was still greeted with the same hospitality, helpful and smiling faces including security guard and Ya & Jame (precovid). The new staff are all extremely helpful. I'm always back as it's an Aparthotel and washing machine is preferable. There are lots of staff since the clientele are regular Japanese who stay longer however this trip there were other nationalities. Pros: 1) big decent size rooms with kitchenette though I do not cook but buy takeaway. Has microwave. Hotel doesn't expect people to cook since they also have own restaurant which are reasonably priced. 2) Chinese and Japanese restaurants nearby. 3) shuttle car to main Sukhumvit road (till 7pm) 4) 7/11 nearby and 2 pubs along alleyway. 5) Emquatier and emporium shopping walking distance where BTS is. 6) It's a bit nearer the road but safe for solo females to walk back late despite a quite lane.

We rented the junior suite and I can’t say enough about this property from start to finish. Junior suite is absolutely amazing with a great view is very clean and has everything you need in. The staff is very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

I have really enjoyed this hotel in the past but maintenance is an issue. I was upgraded (Expedia Platinum member) but the last night I had no hot water at all. I took a cold shower. Even when the hot water worked the day before, it was unstable in terms of pressure and consistency. Unless they take care of obvious maintenance issues, I no longer recommend at this price point, unfortunately.

This place is just fine. Seems petty for me to say, but would have like tv to face bed. But the shower was amazing and staff very sweet and accommodating. The bed for me for two nights was ok but longer might have been a problem but would definitely stay with them again. Washer machine and dryer was great touch. Thank you all for being so kind even though translating was a bit rough. After all we’re in Bangkok.

Overall good place to stay. Near to nice neighborhood and shoppings. Staff are very helpful and the hotel offers suitable but not very fancy buffet breakfast.

Comfortable bed, quiet room. No smart TV, no dishwashing cloths or liquid. Ask for early checkin and they welcome you and say we will do our best, won't happen you will wait till checkin time anyway. No milk and complimentary coffee consisted of 2 sachets nescafe, 2 tea bags and creamer, very poor for what you pay for the hotel. Breakfast very average and dissapointing. Friendly staff. Good location. Don't expect a romantic getaway or anything special. Dissapointing for the price and advertising. Better options around.

The room was large and very well appointed with kitchen appliances, a bidet, and a wash/dry machine! The staff were friendly and efficient. The (included) breakfast was tip-top! Location was a 5min walk from the BTS train line, and 5-10min walk from much more expensive hotels. Would definitely return.

The staff here is the most helpful people I have encountered. I had some noise issues with the other guests past midnight, and staff were quickly intervened when asked. The room is spacious for one and everything seems clean when i first arrive. Location is okay. Price was a little expensive.

Everyone was incredibly polite and helpful especially Jiji Fox and Sadi James at the front desk . The property is located on a quiet side street but close to transportation and bustling nightlife ! Very clean and comfortable. Especially the mattress ( which in Thailand can be difficult to find! ) I will stay here when I return to Bangkok.

Quiet but convenient hotel with spacious rooms.

Spacious and comfortable suite with everything we needed. Lovely, good sized pool also. Great staff at reception including Jame who was friendly and professional with dining suggestions etcetera. Quiet less touristy area but still close to sukhumvit rd, big supermarket and BTS station. Would stay again when in Bangkok.
