Be aware of the poor security of this hotel

1. All amenties need to collect from front desk daily. 2. No complimentary 3in1 coffee/tea for all room types which hotel commented eco-friendliness ! To me, it behaved like a budget hotel ! 3. When I feedbacked the kettle spoiled, the front desk don't seemed to understand hence i need my way to front desk to inform. However, I upon return to the room, the staff already changed a new kettle for me and about to leave. The problem is why staff can freely enter my room if realised noone is inside ? My wallet with cash is on the room table ! what kind of discipline of this hotel trying to prove ?

The staff/visitors smoking at the staircase is making it very unbearable because the smoke comes in from the aircon vent. It’s like sleeping in a night club. Location is ok.

Convenient at doorsteps of Chinatown and MRT station. Rooms are well designed , quiet, comfortable and efficient. lacking some nice-to have things such as tea bags, and toiletries.
