The front desk staff Was so friendly and helpful in booking our excursions. The gentleman at the parking garage and the bartenders were also very nice

I spent one night at the Omni and I was satisfied. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and up-to-date in decor. I felt like I could easily walk to and from the hotel as needed for dinner and entertainment. My only gripe is that one of the garbage cans was filled to overflowing with trash, but I assume it was simply overlooked by mistake. I plan to come back someday!

One of the best things about the property was the staff, especially the general manager, Taylor Inscoe. He was very accommodating and very open to suggestions that he implemented while there. The room was excellent. We were able to walk to the French Quarters in about 10 or 15 minutes, so location was great. This was our first trip to New Orleans and plan to go back next spring and stay at the same hotel. There is no need to go elsewhere.

Great location, was able to walk everywhere. Clean hotel, beds were comfortable. Probably could use a little bit of updating but overall nice.
