The room was clean and comfortable. Bianca was incredibly helpful during our stay. The only downside was the water temperature ran a little cold and if you want daily turndown service you likely have to request it.

This was a nice boutique hotel but had some issues that I brought to the attention of the staff our first night . We stayed 3 nights and nothing was done . Leaking taps, water not very hot , outlet where the kettle plugs in was not attached to the wall and could have been a fire hazard. Rooms were not made up at all and when asked about refills on coffee , was told there wasn’t any .

However, the bathroom really was in poor shape - filthy tile grout on the floor, black mold on grout in the tub/shower, and to top it off, only barely warm water in sink/shower. Really needed some deep cleaning (and hot water).

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. Staff were amazing. My only issue our vehicle was wrecked by the valet, no one contacted us. We were told when we arrived. No one has contacted us or even started a claim. No one has responded back to our calls or emails. It’s been over a week. It was very disappointing.

Easy check-in and friendly staff. Large room with comfortable bedding. We can sleep through anything but there is some street noise if that would be bothersome for you. Prepaid and parked our car at a lot a block down the street that was convenient.

It was great, awesome location, walking distance to downtown New Orleans and close to hop on/hop off bus. They also accomodated an early check in since my room was available. Rooms were very nice and clean. Only minor thing is that no one cleaned my room after the first night. Otherwise great, I would recommend and stay here again.
