The overall property was ok. The breakfast was great. The refrigerator freezer compartment was full of frost and needed to be defrosted. This should have been checked prior to my occupancy.

Unfortunately we we first entered the hotel we were overwhelmed with the smell of sewage at the reception . Regarding cleanliness , in 4 days they did not clean our coffee mugs and did not refill any bathroom toiletries we had to keep asking them . It’s unfortunate since I always stay at the Hayatt and this was my first disappointment . We came for the nurses convention .
