Very kid and dog friendly. Basketball hoop, net, pool with chest of toys, giant jenga, huge bonfire going all night, continental breakfast with many options including fresh fruit and tasty coffee. Dixie Mill parking caddy corner saves you $20/night. Easy walk to Riverwalk or Bourbon.

For the price of the hotel, I expected more. The room itself was nice but you can tell it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Mold in the showers, stains on the sheets etc. I disinfected my room myself. Not only that, I have never had a room where housekeeping wasn’t mandatory. Usually, housekeeping is a daily thing, here, you have to request it 24 hours in advance. They need to wash the sheets with bleach and detergent and clean the rooms better. The parking was absolutely terrible and overpriced. The breakfast was awful and not worth it. I think the price of the room was simply because of the area, not the room itself. I most likely wouldn’t rent again unless I ABSOLUTELY had too!

The staff, location, valet, room, and coffee was great. The courtyard was the feather in the hat. The only complaint is the thermostat's lowest setting was 72 degrees. I prefer sleeping a little cooler.

When I checked in I was charged 2 deposits. During my stay I ran out of toilet paper and clean face rags but could never get any additional as I was constantly told to ask different people. The rooms were comfortable. Other than the above there were no other issues.

The stay was great for the price. Location was amazing and the staff were nice. You can tell they just remodeled and some of that was done better than others. I would stay there again on a future visit.
