I’m reaching out regarding my recent stay at Hotel Chateau LeMoyne in New Orleans (Expedia confirmation #40276138, 6/13–6/15). This trip was meant to celebrate a special occasion — my husband completing his associate’s degree — but the hotel experience left us frustrated and uncomfortable. We purchased a package that included breakfast vouchers for either a buffet or an entrée and drink. However, we were charged $60 out of pocket after being told our selected items weren’t covered after the food was served — something that was not disclosed beforehand. The food and drink were poor in quality and barely touched. My lemonade tasted as though it contained alcohol (though I was told it didn’t), and my husband’s soda was flat. No one offered a fix, replacement, or even an apology, and we were never told what items were actually included in the voucher. In short, we paid twice for a meal we didn’t eat — once through our booking and once at the table. On top of that, the room was freezing throughout our stay. When I asked about the heat, I was told the heater in our room didn’t work, with no other solution offered. I had no choice but to remain cold and uncomfortable for the duration of the stay. Given the circumstances — the lack of transparency around included amenities, the poor restaurant service, and the inability to adjust the room temperature — I’m requesting a refund for the breakfast credit I paid for as part of my reservation. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Great location and wonderful service! I got my room early and on a higher floor with a nice view of the French Quarter. There were absolutely no noise issues whatsoever and the pool is a great addition to this historic place!

The staff was really the highlight of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and organized. Front desk, valet, concierge and the staff inside twisted waffle made us feel like we were regulars. Locations is close to everything but far away to not hear the commotion. I have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. 5 star staff.

The hotel has the absolute best top tier guest service! Nothing short of extremely friendly and helpful. From the minute i walked in to the time i left the front desk as well as security and door greeters /valet parking were so wonderful! The pool was very clean as well as my room. I cant stress enough the top tier guest service i received! Shout out to Corey and Darius and the rest of the guys. The were very hospitable!

Nice hotel in a great location

Clean, comfortable hotel with a great location in the French Quarter. Close to everything, including Bourbon St., without the noise of Bourbon St. If I have one, tiny criticism, it's that there was no fan in the bathroom, so it was mighty, mighty steamy every time we took a shower, but that's minor and I would definitely stay here, again.
