I recently stayed at Loews and had a mixed experience. While the staff was respectful and professional, the room I received did not match what I originally booked, which was disappointing. Additionally, the toilet had a leak, which was an inconvenience. On the positive side, the employees were courteous and accommodating. I appreciate their service, but for the price, I expected a more seamless stay.

We were in town for 3 days, for pleasure. the location of the hotel was great, across the street from the casino and an easy walk to the French Quarter. Also, an easy walk to the St. Charles street car line. The hotel staff was friendly, we came immediately after the snow storm and not all of the city was functioning correctly yet.
