Wonderful onsen experience! This place is exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. They offer complimentary refreshments, including sodas, teas, ice cream, and mixed nuts—a thoughtful touch that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a top-notch onsen experience.

Love everything about this hotel, friendly staff, great location, next to the castle, safe, and the highlight of this hotel is the breakfast buffet. The least favorite is shower area not that clean.

Definitely my favourite hotel in my stay at Japan. Very convenient 7/11 nearby. Relatively easy check in. Fairly spacious room with pretty decent amenities. Very close to station. Everything was comfortable. Great Internet access.

Second time visiting Kyoto and stayed at this Sotetsu inn in the Gojo area. Got upgraded to a more spacious room, which is quiet and comfortable. You can take buses directly to many sights in Kyoto near this hotel, and the Shijo shopping street is only a short walk from this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and very comfortable.
