Very nice suite. Balcony overlooking the beach and wharf. Small drawback is quite a steep set of stairs. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great food and service in the restaurant. Free parking across the street.

We spent two nights here and were very impressed. From the outside, the front doesn’t look like much as the property is actually made up of a bunch of smaller buildings. But the check in was smooth, and they’ve done a nice job of upgrading the rooms. They’re clean, great views of the water from the deck, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! You must try the famous Digby scallops! The staff were really friendly too. My only feedback would be to get more comfortable furniture for the decks.

Beautiful room. Very impressive Very very large. Newly renovated, comfy bed, lots of seating in room. The best shower, large with waterfall shower head. Beautiful balcony with view of Bay of Fundy. Lots of great restaurants close by. The one and only problem we had was the people in room above us walked back and forth for hours until after midnight, then started again at 5:30 am. Very heavy and loud steps. It was quite ridiculous actually.

After an inauspicious start, the accommodation turned out to be great. We arrived to find we needed to check in at the attached restaurant with a lady behind a plastic screen, which made the experience feel less than welcoming. The entrance to our suite was off the Main Street up a fairly steep set of stairs. However, after we were shown to the suite by a very friendly member of staff, we were most impressed by what we found. It was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and had a balcony overlooking the harbour. Parking isn’t ideal - there is a very small car park across the road, and you can park in the street for up to three hours between 9am and 5pm (this time is extended with a guest pass from reception).

Our room was excellent. The Fundy restaurant connected with it was great. The Scallop Dinner was delicious. However, that particular area of Digby could use some updating. I thought it was going to be a Marina but it turned out to be a fishing port. It was interesting. We were only there for 1 night.

Staying in Digby? Try the Fundy Dockside Suites

We used Digby as our base and traveled to other spots in Nova Scotia. The room was a nice size with modern amenities and very comfortable beds. The restaurant selection was good and all dishes we tried were delicious. Great staff. You won't be disappointed!

We loved our room with the balcony right overlooking the fishing fleet. We really enjoyed our meals there. All were delicious and the staff were very friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Digby!

Beds were comfortable and room very clean. The check-in staff were very nice and efficient. Check-in desk was actually at the front of a restaurant which was odd. Should have read the write up better because there was no elevator so had to walk up a fair number of stairs with luggage. Although there was nothing wrong with the room I don’t think I would stay here again.
