Overall Okay

Overall fine, the local staff helped deal with the confusion and limited hours the pool is available. Overall stay was good, but clarity and transparency should be front and centre for family room bookings. Manager found a one off solution that was appreciated. Thank you.

We absolutely loved the property, and also the location! It was very close to the bus 22 which took us all over the city, and even back to the airport at the end of the trip. Highly recommend and would go back!

Good stay at pleasant hotel

Good stay, but I asked reception night staff if we could use the pool next door and she said it wasn’t included. We paid to use the pool next day, but the day after that staff at pool said entrance was free for hotel guests. We were also given single beds when we checked in, despite me informing the hotel before our stay we were there for our wedding anniversary. Otherwise I would have given five star rating all round.

The property was very clean and all of the staff were kind and helpful! The area around the property was slightly run down and noisy during the night, however the transport links were excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, the only downside was there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which caused a lot of steam in the room whenever the shower was used. The restaurant area was fantastic and the snacks were delicious! The pool area was very nice and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at WestCord Art Hotel. We found it very easy to find with a short bus ride from Centraal Station. The location is ideal, with Westerpark a short walk away. The free use of the swimming pool was such a bonus we had so much fun relaxing by the pool and cooling off. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the area was immaculate, the rooms were spacious and bright, with blackout curtains which helped to have a restful morning. The fridge and coffee machine in the room were much needed additions and allowed us to save money by taking a coffee out with us and storing food to make packed lunches for the day. We had no problems with the WiFi and the TV in the room had channels with English speaking shows. The breakfast was superb, everything cooked to perfection and stock was frequently replenished. The dining area was clean and bright. The beds were so comfy, especially the pillows. I had asked for an extra pillow prior to check-in and this was ready and waiting. I feel this hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay relaxing, by providing everything you could possibly need and with very friendly staff. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else for all future visits!!

Excellent stay at hotel. Staff friendly very helpful. Rooms first class and good facilities at hotel with the bonus of swimming pool on site. Bus stop a few metres from hotel with very easy link to central station and inexpensive. Would have no hesitation in recommend this hotel

Nice hotel in general, easy to transport to Amsterdam city centre from bus stop conveniently outside the hotel only about 10/15 minute journey. Always someone on the desk to Which is great for late arrivals and also for snacks and drinks

Very spacious room allocated and was all clean and well decorated. You have to catch a bus from outside hotel to centre as it’s too far to walk with luggage.
