Obviously its old, since the whole building was old. Everything worked well, nice and quiet, just a little "faded" and worn. Personally, it was part of the charm - it felt like a real old fashioned room.

Old style building out the back of the heritage pub. Room was good in being 2 bedroom but definitely could do with an update. Eg no door between master and communal bathroom, no power switches in master bedroom etc. overall a perfectly fine place to stay and checkin was a breeze at the pub. A very quaint room overlooking the Main Street made the experience of stepping back in time in Hahndorf a reality. Friendly staff and easy parking made our holiday most memorable.
